OpenBrIM provides a fully integrated environment for designers. Quick modeling capabilities, advance built-in 3D analysis capabilities, and transparent code-check and design procedures make OpenBrIM a one stop collaborative design platform - even for the most complex projects.

OpenBrIM.App can be used to quickly create models, perform 3D finite element analysis and design and/or load rate structures. Your OpenBrIM model includes 2D and 3D drawings as well, and ready for BIM/BrIM delivery.

3D Modeling is quicker, more detailed and generally more accurate if you make use of the definitions available in OpenBrIM.Library and OpenBrIM.Incubator. If the structural component your project requires is not available, you can easily add it under your account - or request our support team to add it for you.

We understand that as an engineer, your time is better spent on interpreting the behavior and determining the safety of the structure - not modeling.

Once you have the model, you have access to the analytical representation and the loading conditions, all of which can be customized for the needs of your project. You can run full 3D finite element analysis on your model.

After the analysis is complete, code check, design and/or load rating functions become available. OpenBrIM is designed to perform hundreds of thousands of code check procedures efficiently and accurately - saving you time and effort.

2D drawings can be generated quickly through your model. Any change to the model is automatically reflected in the drawings.

Documents and reports can also be generated parametrically, allowing you to create automated deliverables directly from your BrIM model.

The life of your model does not end at delivery. The same model can be passed to contractor for construction management - in fact the same model is often used in collaboration between contractors and designers.

And, even after the completion of the project, your BrIM model continues its life for inspection management, health monitoring, load rating and asset management.
